We provide a simple cost-effective solution
to prevent frozen pipes in domestic and
commercial buildings. Composed of a
pre-terminated self-regulating heating
cable fitted with an integral pipe thermostat.

When installing hot water temperature maintenance
trace heating, under thermal insulation, the hot
water in the pipework can be maintained above its
minimum required temperature (usually +55°C
or +65°C) in a predetermined minimum ambient
temperature (usually +18°C)

Self-regulating heating cable is used for freeze
protection of roofs, gutters and pipes. The power output
of self-regulating heating cable adjusts automatically in
response to the ambient temperature. Due to its
self-regulating characteristics, it will not overheat even
when the cable is overlapped. This guarantees
maximum safety and reliability

It is important to ensure the correct installation of heat trace material, thermal insulation, and power itisUiltxthon equipment. Addition-ally training of operators and on-site maintenance staff that may be required to operate the system to operate the system long term in optimum conditions
